I was without hot water for 8 days. The property management company I rent from sent a “repairman” out on day 3 of no hot water and he could not fix, he came back on day 5 and still nothing. Even the answering service said being without hot water was not an emergency . So day 8 comes and finally I get a real plumber, John from Maeser. He was wonderful. He assessed the situation, proposed the two options to the property mgmt co and waited for the house owner to make the call. John kept me informed of all that was going on and was very professional. He was kind, friendly and sympathetic to my situation. He gave me a time frame when I would have hot water and was true to his word! Thank you John from Maeser you are wonderful!

Rodney was our plumber and did an excellent job—he truly gave our pipes new life! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues we were facing, the solution he recommended, and the proper aftercare to ensure everything lasts as long as possible. We really appreciated how patient and educational he was throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants customers to understand and feel confident in the repairs. Highly recommend Rodney for any plumbing needs!

Dear Marvin Maeser. We had today the installation of a Mini split to our garage. I wanted reach out to let you know that your team was so polite, efficient and professional and did an incredibly clean job. Prior to beginning the project, Cody Reuber, Came and fully evaluated the situation and made recommendations. Once we decided to proceed, he was able to give us a price that was very reasonable. Once installation began, everyone showed up right on time.Each member of the team from the HVAC guys Alex and Nick, to Nick ( another one)who installed our two smart thermostats and was incredibly patient in teaching me to use the very straightforward Honeywell app, to Alex, the electrician were all terrific. They were also very respectful of our home. Thank you, Marvin Maeser for doing a great job.

Needed a major drain clean out in a 1964 home. Was blocked at the junction where it leaves the house through the foundation. He did a great job of identifying where and what was wrong and got it open with some persistence. Very thankful.

We got lucky that Wasim was coming off his lunch break and was available! He was a life saver after our water heater broke at 4am. We reached out to multiple different companies and no one was able to get anyone out here anytime soon. We had to get a whole new water heater but he went above and beyond! He arrived 30 minutes after our call at noon and everything just worked out great!

First time using Maeser and our technician Aaron was terrific!! They got us on schedule same day within a couple of hours, with it being winter and a house full of babies, this was very important to us. Aaron was very professional and found our issue almost immediately. He was very detailed when explaining the problem and even showed me while he was fixing the issue!! He was very honest and answered any and all questions we had. He was even able to speak to my husband once he got home, taking the time to go back over everything he did. If this was a perfect world and we never needed another service, this would be the last time we used anyone but since it is not, we will most certainly be calling Maeser with any future needs. Highly recommend!!

This plumbing company is AMAZING. Cole was my technician, and he was friendly and professional. Additionally, he charged me substantially less than was originally quoted, because the job wasn't as involved as they initially thought. This company could've easily charged more and I never would've known. Also, I had an issue after they left (and it had nothing to do with anything they did) and they came back immediately to help. Customer service is great as well. Everyone is friendly, and they fit me in quickly when I needed help. Will recommend them to everyone I know!
